3. For more control over the rotation effect, click the Rotation / Shift Tool button to show the Rotation / Shift Lens Effect dialog.

When the tool is active the perspective grid appears. Use the checkbox to limit the control of the rotation to the slider. You can also click on the Rotation / Shift cursor button to display the perspective grid and activate interactive rotation.
